Job Description

Job Description:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze chatbot interaction and user behavior data to identify key trends and business issues
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to support product, operations, and engineering teams
  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., intent recognition rate, response time, user satisfaction) and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to support business decisions and product improvements
  • Contribute to model evaluation and A/B test analysis, generating insights for continuous system optimization


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline majors in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields are preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience with SQL, A/B testing and, prior project experience with large datasets
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and team spirit
  • Passion or interest in chatbot products, AI technologies, or natural language processing is a plus
