Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
- Manage and coordinate the creation of offers and contracts for airline scheduling products, focusing on large, complex airline clients
- Collaborate closely with sales, central, and production departments
- Analyze customer requirements and consult in defining and negotiating contracts (scope, modules, services, Service Level Agreements-SLAs, project plans, delivery, acceptance)
- Coordinate pricing and negotiation margins with Sales, ensuring alignment with strategy
- Present products to customers at sites, forums, trade fairs, and conferences
- Independently create and maintain the Product Sales Kit and related documentation
- Support Product Marketing Managers in developing marketing materials and content
- Assist in creating business plans and analyzing market and competition
- Organize and conduct user forums, product training, and events
- Onboard new Product Consultants and handle special tasks as assigned
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Product Consultant or customer/product-facing role
- Strong knowledge of airline scheduling and slot management
- Excellent understanding of airline operations, industry regulations, organizational structures, and IT systems
- Experience with Lufthansa Systems solutions (NetLine Sched, NetLine Slot, or SchedConnect) is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Intercultural awareness and willingness to travel internationally as required
- Aptitude or psychometric assessment may be required as part of the selection process
