Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Operations & LiveOps Manager to lead game operations across the full lifecycle, including pre-launch, launch, and live stages. This role will drive user retention, monetisation, and product optimisation through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Live Operations
- Own and execute end-to-end game operations strategy, including version planning and live event management.
- Design and optimise in-game events, systems, and content updates to improve engagement and monetisation.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams on feature planning and product iteration.
User Lifecycle & Monetisation
- Develop and manage user lifecycle strategies, including segmentation and retention optimisation
- Drive VIP engagement and high-value user strategies
- Analyse player behaviour to improve ARPU, retention, and LTV
Community & Ecosystem
- Build and manage global player communities (Discord, Facebook, etc.).
- Develop community strategies and manage UGC / player ecosystems.
- Incorporate player feedback into product and operational improvements.
Data & Performance Optimisation
- Define and track key KPIs such as DAU, retention, ARPU, conversion rates.
- Conduct data analysis and performance reviews to optimise game operations.
- Lead event analysis and A/B testing initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Game Design, Marketing, and Localization teams.
- Coordinate across regions to ensure smooth global operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5-8 years of experience in game operations / product operations / live operations
- Experience managing full game lifecycle (launch to live stage)
- Strong understanding of game systems, events, and monetisation mechanics
- Experience working with global or SEA markets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in SLG/RPG/MMO Games is preferred
