Role Summary:

- Provide strategic leadership in cost control, risk mitigation, and procurement planning.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Shape long-term procurement strategies aligned with business goals in cost savings, resilience, and sustainability.
- Present key procurement insights, performance metrics, and strategies to senior leadership.
- Drive digital transformation through AI, automation, and analytics.
Supplier & Risk Management
- Lead strategic sourcing to identify and evaluate high-performing suppliers, including in emerging markets.
- Negotiate complex, high-value contracts to secure optimal terms and mitigate risks.
- Build strong, long-term supplier partnerships to support innovation and reliability.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply during disruptions.
Financial & Operational Oversight
- Manage and optimize procurement budgets across multiple projects.
- Conduct spend analysis to identify trends, savings opportunities, and improve spend under management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procure-to-pay processes.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop a procurement team of managers, analysts, and buyers.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to align procurement with business needs.
- Set and track procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier quality, and delivery performance.
Compliance & Sustainability
- Establish and enforce procurement policies that align with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- Ensure ethical sourcing practices across the supply chain.
- Integrate ESG principles into sourcing strategies to support sustainability goals.
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in a similar senior procurement role.
- Proven track record managing procurement budgets across multiple projects.
- Degree in a relevant field.
