About the Role:
As Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead procurement strategy, supplier management, and financial oversight to ensure cost efficiency and quality. A key responsibility is driving complex contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, manage risks, and build strong, sustainable partnerships that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop procurement strategies, report performance to senior management, and champion digital transformation.
- Supplier & Risk Management: Oversee sourcing, strengthen supplier relationships, and implement risk mitigation plans.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations, ensure compliance, and create agreements that deliver long-term value.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, analyze spending, and drive operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Mentor procurement professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Compliance & Sustainability: Enforce policies, ensure ethical sourcing, and integrate ESG principles.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years experience in senior procurement roles with proven contract negotiation expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and financial management.
