Job Description
- Oversee and manage procurement activities using the Oracle Fusion S2P system.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Analyse procurement data to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Support system enhancements and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle Fusion S2P.
- Prepare and manage procurement reports for management review.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage supplier performance.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on procurement processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimally 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with exposure to full S2P processes in a structured organisation
- Proven experience managing end-to-end RFx processes, contract negotiations, and vendor onboarding
- Strong understanding of procurement governance, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with ERP or e-Procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Ariba or equivalent platforms)
- Demonstrated ability in supplier management, including performance evaluation and stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, cost modelling, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across operations, finance, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within industrial, logistics, infrastructure, or large-scale operational environments will be advantageous
- Prior involvement in process improvement, procurement transformation, or digitalisation initiatives is a plus
