A) JOB SUMMARY
Assist continuous improvement engineer to audit process flow and gathering data. Ensure workers are following SOP to produce quality products. Work with all other teams/departments in improving manufacturing operations to yield profit and to exceed customer satisfaction.
B) PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION
- Responsible to conduct daily audit on operation process flow.
- Observe workers closely to make sure all equipment/parameters is being used/follow properly and maintained to the correct standards.
- Responsible to evaluate and analyse data to find ways to improve efficiency/quality and reducing downtime.
- Provide technical support to all projects, perform root cause analysis and work to reduce any defects.
- Develop new manufacturing processes (applying automation concept) and to improve processes that already exist.
- Report to immediate reporting immediately when abnormality is found at work.
C) ADDITIONAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comply with all rules and regulations related to safety & COP.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-pace environment, work and learn independently.
- To ensure proper housekeeping are carry out daily.
- Complete any other ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate reporting/Plant Manager.
Requirement
- Singaporean/PR with maintenance (mechanical) technician background
- Staying in West area of Singapore
- Starting basic salary between S$2800 4000
- Must be willing to perform overtime duties when needed
- An effective team player with good communication skills
- Possess a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Great time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on staff
