Role Overview:
Responsible for developing, optimizing, and integrating semiconductor processes to meet technical and yield targets, supporting product transfer, and resolving process-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize custom or derivative semiconductor processes.
Conduct DOE, monitor process metrics, and maintain ET/CPK standards.
Identify and resolve integration issues and yield opportunities.
Run prototype lots and support process change requests.
Liaise with internal and customer engineers on technical concerns.
Document processes and create FMEA for new/derivative processes.
Ideal Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor process integration or technology development.
