What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency
- Analyze manufacturing data and process parameters to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues
- Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Contribute to the development of new products and process technologies
- Continuously research and implement best practices in process engineering
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 3 years of proven experience as a Process Engineer in the semiconductor or application industries
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles, including statistical process control, design of experiments, and lean manufacturing
- Proficient in the use of process control and data analysis tools, such as SPC software and SQL
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
