Analyze and troubleshoot problems with a systematic and analytical mindset.
Monitor process performance and key parameters to maintain product quality and consistency, utilizing SPC charts and other statistical tools.
Collaborate with Equipment Engineers to drive yield, quality, and throughput improvement projects.
Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions on quality-related issues.
Partner with external vendors to identify root causes, provide application support, and address topics relevant to the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment.
Conduct training sessions for technicians to enhance technical competency and disseminate critical knowledge needed to achieve key module KPIs.
Lead or participate in projects focused on downtime reduction, cost savings, yield improvement, or new material qualification.
Define process controls and prepare related documentation to ensure the smooth running of production.
Drive/contribute in quality investigations and continuous improvement programs to resolve chronic process and quality issues, and institute permanent resolutions to assure product quality and enhance process robustness.
Enforce in line controls and execution to conform to work instructions and procedures. Apply hands-on and with deep involvement at work.
Establish, review and perform regular update of FMEA, OCAP, Process control, Risk Assessment and SIPOC on all critical processes to ensure a robust process.
Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard and cleanroom protocol.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physics / Chemistry / Material Science/ Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Candidates with experience in electroplating are preferred.
Knowledge on semiconductor process technology.
Possess strong technical competencies in his field of study.
Good knowledge of statistical and quality tools.
Experience with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word
