Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence regionally. They are looking for a Senior Process Development Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Technology Leader.
THE ROLE
The Senior Process Development Engineer is responsible for:
- Lead development and optimization of dry etch processes for advanced semiconductor devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, equipment engineering, integration) to improve yield, throughput, and reliability.
- Define process parameters, conduct experiments, and analyze data to achieve performance targets.
- Troubleshoot complex process issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and cycle time enhancement.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dry etch process engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of etch equipment, process chemistry, and advanced node technologies.
- Proven track record in problem-solving, statistical analysis, and DOE methodologies.
