Each offers a strong platform combining global capabilities with entrepreneurial flexibility, and all are seeking experienced Senior Relationship Managers to expand their UHNW client coverage in Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Position Overview
This opportunity is ideal for senior private bankers who want to work within a relationship-driven, client-first environment supported by comprehensive investment and structuring capabilities. The role suits individuals seeking either a traditional private bank or a more independent wealth management platform with international reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of UHNW and HNW clients across Southeast Asia, Greater China, and global expatriate markets connected to Singapore.
- Develop new client relationships and drive asset growth, targeting USD 150m+ in Net New Money over a three-year period.
- Deliver customised investment, credit, and advisory solutions tailored to sophisticated clients.
- Ensure adherence to MAS and group-level compliance and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with senior management, investment specialists, and product teams to deliver a seamless and holistic client experience.
Key Qualifications and Experience
- Existing and portable UHNW client portfolio (target: USD 150m+ in Net New Money over three years).
- Proven success in asset gathering, revenue generation, and long-term relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong understanding of investment products, wealth structuring, and regional market dynamics.
- Suitable for bankers seeking a client-focused platform offering stability, flexibility, and competitive remuneration.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin or other Asian languages are advantageous.
