NPE Print Communications has her humble beginnings in a small shophouse located at 36 China Street in 1967. Since then, NPE Print has been adapting to the changes over the years and in 1986, She introduced Offset Printing to tackle the needs of marketers and in year 2000, LargePrint was added on to redefine printing to a new level. NPE Print went into expansion mode and moved from a small production house to our present factory in Kallang Place. In 2015, NPE Print expanded by adding Metro Packaging into her suite of services where it personalises paper food packagings to expanding local markets.

Job Summary

Lead the calibration and maintenance of diverse printing machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with planners to coordinate printing jobs, monitor print quality, and drive timely completion. Train and supervise machine operators to uphold safety standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain various types of printing machines to ensure consistent operational efficiency and print quality
• Coordinate with planners to schedule and manage printing jobs, ensuring alignment with production timelines
• Monitor the quality of printing outputs and implement corrective actions to meet quality standards
• Train and supervise machine operators to adhere strictly to factory safety procedures and operational protocols
• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to facilitate smooth production workflows and resolve operational issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in printing operations
• Detail-oriented approach to monitor and improve printing processes
