Debugging, testing, and verification of RF power supplies and high-voltage power supplies.
Testing and evaluation of high-frequency high-voltage switching transistors.
Design and verification of parasitic parameters, voltage equalization, dynamic uniformity, and static voltage equalization for multi-channel series connections.
Design and verification of key components such as high-frequency transformers and high-frequency high-voltage high-power inductors.
Modeling of power device and sequential link.
Required Qualifications:
Electrical/Power Electronics/Automation related majors.
Proficient in electrical design and simulation tools, such as Altium Designer, Cadence, Eplan, Matlab, PSpice, etc.
Other requirements:
Solid theoretical knowledge of power electronics.
Experience in high-voltage power supply development, familiar with signal processing, RF power supplies, DC power supplies, and control loop hardware processing.
Knowledge on full-bridge and half-bridge topologies, with hands-on experience in carrier phase-shifting technology.
Familiar with MOSFET and IGBT driving and protection able to design high-frequency circuit breakers and inductors.
Solid knowledge on power electronics and PID theory able to model, simulate, and test control loops.
Experience in semiconductor RF power supplies, high-voltage square wave power supplies, high-voltage generators, and high-voltage power supplies is a plus.
