About the role

Work Location: 600 West Camp Road

Job Description

This is an individual contributor role
Design, build and deploy optimization solutions on AWS
Provide L2/L3 level support for optimization solutions in production
Develop optimization solutions for use cases such as hangar scheduling and manpower planning optimization
Collaborate with application developers, MRO planners and other teams to enable data-driven decision-making

Job Requirement

Master's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent, with a focus on mathematical optimization
At least 3 years of experience in building mathematical optimization models
Familiarity with linear programming, non-linear programming, constraint programming and heuristics
Possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills
Self-driven and independent problem solver who is comfortable managing his/her own projects
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualisation tools
Familiarity with foundational AWS services and cloud concepts
Familiarity with code version control solutions, containerization tools and agile project management solutions
