Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Principal Architectural Associate and lead innovative architectural design projects. This role offers an opportunity to provide technical expertise and guide a skilled team while developing impactful client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a project team, providing technical direction on architectural design. Ensure design solutions are optimized to meet client requirements through effective team guidance. Engage in business development to identify target markets, clients, and project opportunities. Conduct architectural design work and perform feasibility studies. Prepare and deliver design proposal presentations to clients. Liaise with clients to address project-related issues and negotiate design requirements with contractors. Oversee on-site work progress, ensuring compliance with design plans and resolving any emerging issues. Collaborate with engineers and surveyors to meet project standards. Manage and coordinate multiple projects

Requirements

Relevant degree in architecture or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members. Strong negotiation and communication abilities to manage client and contractor interactions. Experience in conducting feasibility studies and making design presentations. Ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes and timelines effectively.
