Excellent communication skills are vital, allowing the candidate to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders. Ideally, the candidate should have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, taking full responsibility for projects from start to finish, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective presentations in the New Business environment.
Proficiency in design software such as PowerPoint, google slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required, along with familiarity with any other relevant tools.
