Responsibilities:
Integrated Solution Design
- Lead DICT (Data, ICT, Communication, and Technology) solution consulting and architecture design for enterprise customers across the region, integrating cloud services, enterprise storage, structured cabling, and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems.
Technical Consulting & Support
- Act as a subject matter expert to translate complex customer requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications.
- Provide strong technical support to internal ICT project teams to ensure solution feasibility and quality.
Presales & Bid Technical Leadership
- Drive the technical aspects of large-scale project bids, including site surveys, preparation of high-quality technical proposals, and detailed Bill of Materials (BoM) for hardware and cabling.
Vendor & Ecosystem Management
- Manage relationships with key regional and global technology partners (e.g., storage vendors, CCTV manufacturers, cabling suppliers) to enhance the overall competitiveness of proposed solutions.
Project Governance
- Oversee the technical delivery of major projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and customer SLAs.
Market & Technology Trend Analysis
- Monitor emerging technologies and regional market trends to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing the company's ICT product portfolio.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 35 years of relevant experience in ICT solution architecture, technical consulting, or technical project management.
- Experience supporting or managing multi-million USD ICT/DICT infrastructure or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in the Southeast Asia market is a strong advantage; familiarity with ICT infrastructure and vendor ecosystems in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, or the Philippines is preferred.
- Solid technical capabilities across multiple domains, including cloud services, enterprise storage, structured cabling, and ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, and physical security).
- PMP, CCNP, or relevant vendor certifications are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required by project needs.
