Role: Senior PreSales Solutions Manager - Data Center Optimization

Role Summary
The Head of PreSales will lead technical solution strategy, client engagement,and presales delivery. This is a handson leadership role responsible for driving technical win rates, shaping customer value propositions, and supporting large, complex enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all presales activities: discovery, solution design, demos, PoCs/PoVs, and RFP responses.
- Act as the technical expert in customer meetings, translating complex solutions into clear business value.
- Partner with Sales to craft deal strategy and competitive positioning.
- Provide field insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap development.
- Build and manage a small presales team establish processes and best practices.
- Develop technical collateral, architectures, and playbooks to support scale.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in presales / solutions engineering for enterprise software.
- Strong domain knowledge in data centers, critical infrastructure, energy optimization, or related platforms (e.g., DCIM/BMS/EMS).
- Experience supporting multistakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, including Csuite engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, scaling environment.
