About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Relations & PR Senior Specialist, with strong communication abilities and a passion for global partner engagement. The ideal candidate excels in building media relationships, executing PR initiatives, tracking media performance, monitoring forum voice trends, and managing the company's online reputation across major review platforms. Experience in the financial industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Relations Management

Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with media outlets, editors, and PR agencies.

Act as the primary contact for media inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.

Maintain updated media lists and partnership evaluation records.

2. PR Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, media interviews, and corporate communication initiatives.

Produce high-quality English materials including press releases, statements, speeches, talking points, and Q&As.

Ensure all PR content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.

3. Media Performance Tracking

Track and analyze media performance using key metrics such as reach, impressions, sentiment, and conversion impact.

Develop PR performance dashboards and contribute to monthly reporting.

4. Forum Monitoring & Voice Tracking

Monitor brand mentions, discussions, sentiment, and emerging topics across major forums (e.g., Reddit, local trading forums, Quora).

Tag, classify, and analyze forum data for internal reporting and trend detection.

Identify early-warning signals related to PR or compliance risks and escalate accordingly.

5. Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Manage and monitor the company's reputation on key review platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams to address negative reviews professionally and compliantly.

Track review trends, identify root issues, and recommend improvement actions.

Support initiatives aimed at improving review health and increasing positive user sentiment.

6. Partnerships & Negotiation

Identify potential media, PR, and forum partners and initiate collaboration discussions.

Lead negotiations involving pricing, deliverables, KPIs, and contract terms.

7. Industry Research & Crisis Support

Stay updated on industry developments, competitor PR movements, and media landscape changes.

Support the drafting of crisis communication materials and rapid-response messaging when required.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal communication skills and passion for partner engagement.

35 years plus experience in PR, media relations, or corporate communications.

Solid understanding of media KPIs, forum monitoring, and social listening methodologies.

Strong judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage projects.

Experience in Forex/CFD, trading, fintech, brokerage, or financial services industries.

Familiarity with ORM tools, social listening systems, or sentiment analysis tools.
