Senior PR & Marketing Lead (AI Company)

About the Company

Our client is an AI research company founded and personally funded by a well-known serial entrepreneur, headquartered in the US Bay Area with an office in Singapore. Focused on Discoverative AI — building reasoning systems that can autonomously generate and verify scientific hypotheses with clients within top academic institutions, deep-tech startups, and enterprise clients globally.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior PR & Marketing Lead to own brand, media relations, and marketing globally as the company's influence grows.

What You'll Do

• Own PR/marketing strategy: media relations, content, events
• Lead external comms — press releases, launches, funding/partnership announcements
• Build media and KOL relationships across global markets
• Manage owned channels (website, X/LinkedIn/WeChat, blog)
• Plan major events (launches, summits, partner events)
• Own crisis comms and sentiment management
• Align narrative with leadership, product, research, BD, HR
• Manage PR/marketing budget and agencies

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years PR/marketing experience, 3+ years in tech (AI/large models/enterprise software)
• International experience, fluent English, comfortable with cross-border media
• Established media/analyst/KOL network
• Strong writing — able to translate complex tech into clear narratives
• Event planning and crisis PR experience

Nice to Have

• AI/foundation model company or top tech media/PR agency background
• Overseas study/work experience
• 0-to-1 brand-building experience
• Funding round PR / IPO comms experience
