Job Summary
Provide expert podiatric assessment and holistic management of foot and lower limb conditions using evidence-based practices in inpatient and outpatient settings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate podiatric assessments and manage foot and lower limb conditions using evidence-based practices
- Execute podiatric procedures for nail and skin care, wound debridement, wound offloading, and musculoskeletal injury treatment competently and safely
- Independently manage clinical caseloads for patients ranging from low to high risk profiles
- Deliver podiatric care across inpatient and outpatient services and at various clinic locations, including external facilities
- Collaborate closely with medical practitioners and healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary, holistic patient care
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in podiatry
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated in healthcare settings
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Relevant experience considered for senior positions
