We are seeking a hands-on Senior Planning & Purchasing Executive to manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and chemicals while supporting production planning activities. This role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted production through timely material availability, accurate planning, and reliable supplier performance.

Manage end-to-end procurement process from PR to PO in SAP B1.
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Ensure timely issuance of POs and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
Coordinate import shipments, documentation, and logistics arrangements.
Handle supplier issues including delays, shortages, and discrepancies.
Translate production schedules and BOM requirements into material demand.
Ensure materials are available before production execution.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and QA on material readiness.
Identify and escalate risks affecting production timelines.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy.
Support stock control, traceability, and discrepancy resolution.
Maintain accurate supplier, BOM, and material master data.
Improve procurement and planning processes to reduce manual work and errors.
Leverage AI and data tools to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
Support continuous improvement and system optimisation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procurement procedures.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation.
Prepare basic procurement and material availability reports.
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain roles.
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred).
Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.
Experience with chemicals or process manufacturing industry.
Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data analytics.
Experience improving processes or implementing system improvements.
Strong ownership of procurement and material availability outcomes.
Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
