Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Control

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project master programmes and detailed schedules from tender stage through project completion
  • Establish project baselines, critical paths, key milestones, and work sequencing
  • Track project progress against approved schedules and recommend corrective or recovery actions where required
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management updates

BIM & Digital Planning

  • Collaborate with BIM teams to integrate construction schedules with BIM models for 4D planning and project visualisation
  • Support the use of BIM and digital tools to improve project sequencing, coordination, and construction planning
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute planning inputs to enhance project delivery efficiency

Delay Analysis & Contractual Support

  • Assess programme impacts arising from delays, variations, and changes in project scope
  • Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, delay analysis, and recovery programmes
  • Maintain planning records and documentation to support contractual and project requirements

Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders on planning and scheduling matters
  • Facilitate planning and progress review meetings to ensure alignment on project objectives and milestones
  • Present project status, risks, and mitigation plans to management and project stakeholders

Tender & Pre-Construction Planning

  • Prepare tender programmes, construction methodologies, and planning submissions
  • Provide planning and scheduling inputs during tender evaluations and project execution planning
  • Support resource planning and project feasibility assessments

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant planning experience in construction, infrastructure, or built environment projects
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and planning/reporting tools
  • Familiarity with BIM processes and 4D construction planning methodologies
  • Strong understanding of project controls, critical path analysis, delay analysis, and EOT assessment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
