Senior Planning Engineer

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, including baselineprogramme & Micro schedule establishment, progress tracking, and schedulecontrol throughout the project lifecycle.
• Integrate and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders to ensureaccurate and effective project planning and reporting.
• Analyze project data, identify schedule risks, critical path activities,and potential delays, and propose mitigation measures to support projectobjectives.
• Calculate and estimate the duration, manpower, equipment, and resourcerequirements for major construction activities.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports and managementpresentations. Experience in using Power BI to develop project dashboards andvisualize project data will be an added advantage.
• Utilize Microsoft office advanced skill to analyze project performance,monitor KPIs, and generate management reports.
• Prepare technical submissions and planning documents for tendersubmissions, including project schedules, methodologies, manpower histograms,and resource planning.
• Conduct site planning, monitor work progress, and coordinate with projectteams to ensure works are executed according to the approved schedule.
• PrepareExtension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in CivilEngineering or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years relatedexperiences in the construction/LNG/Oil & Gas projects.
• Hands-on experience in project planning, progress monitoring, andproject controls.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in PrimaveraP6.

Preferred Skills

• Experiencewith EPC or large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary projectteams and stakeholders.
