Senior Planner

Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong working relationships with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to ensure smooth production and shipment execution.
• Monitor CM production plans, capacity, and output to meet customer demand and shipment commitments.
• Manage CM performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive demand and supply planning processes in collaboration with Business Units (BU).
• Execute purchase order (PO) management and planning activities with SAP.
• Manage inventory levels, including excess & obsolete (E&O), and drive mitigation actions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on program status, performance metrics, and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning and contract manufacturer management, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment
• Willingness to travel for supplier/CM engagement
