Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Media Planner / Associate Manager, Digital to join our team in Singapore and support a global media account managed from this hub. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong digital media planning fundamentals with a global mindset, commercial curiosity, and the confidence to work across multiple markets, stakeholders, and cultures.
You will play a key role in planning, activating, optimizing, and reporting on integrated digital campaigns across channels such as Search, Social, Programmatic, and other performance-led platforms. Beyond day-to-day campaign excellence, this role requires the ability to build rapport with international teams, navigate cross-market nuances, present recommendations clearly, and contribute proactively in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of digital media strategies, channel plans, and audience-led recommendations aligned to client objectives and business goals.
- Build integrated media plans using relevant planning tools, market inputs, and platform insights to shape strong campaign proposals.
- Coordinate campaign planning and execution across multiple markets, ensuring local relevance while maintaining alignment with global standards and account direction.
- Work closely with regional and international stakeholders to build trusted relationships, drive collaboration, and keep campaigns moving effectively across teams and time zones.
- Engage media partners and platform teams for proposals, rate negotiations, added-value opportunities, and market intelligence.
- Manage media bookings, campaign set-up, trafficking coordination, and material submission timelines across relevant digital platforms.
- Oversee campaign delivery with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency across markets and channel activations.
- Monitor, optimize, and evaluate campaign performance across channels including Search, Social, Programmatic, and other digital platforms.
- Translate campaign data, market feedback, and performance trends into clear updates, learning agendas, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Prepare regular campaign reports, post-campaign analyses, billing reconciliations, and performance summaries with accuracy and clarity.
- Contribute proactively to team discussions, presentations, and planning sessions by bringing ideas forward and taking ownership of workstreams with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in digital media planning, buying, campaign management, or performance marketing.
- Experience supporting regional or global accounts, with an understanding of how to manage campaigns across multiple markets and adapt plans to local nuances.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with international teams, clients, and partners.
- Confident presenter who can turn media thinking, campaign performance, and recommendations into clear and compelling narratives.
- Self-aware, proactive, and intellectually curious, with the maturity to take feedback constructively and the initiative to solve problems independently.
- A self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership, managing priorities, and operating with agility in a fast-paced environment.
