about the job
- Be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the production schedule to meet customer demands
- Analyze demand fluctuations, load changes, capacity requirements.
- Assess production capacity and capabilities to identify bottlenecks or constraints
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials
- Monitor and manage inventory based on demand and forecast to achieve optimum inventory level and supply.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams including production, procurement, sales, and customer service, on production schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts, and address any issues or concerns.
job requirement
- Degree/diploma in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in handling buildplans, project management & order fulfillment
- Preferably come from the precision manufacturing/injection molding/tooling environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the senior position.
- Experienced with assembly processes
- Willing to work in the West (Tuas/Pioneer/Joo Koon)
