Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Physiotherapist/Physiotherapist with Refresh Group Pte Ltd, located on-site in Singapore. The Senior Physiotherapist/Physiotherapist will conduct patient assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions. The role also involves contributing to clinical direction, mentorship, and service innovation across our clinics.

Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy treatment for patients

- Guide and mentor junior physiotherapists/therapists

- Maintain professional standards and documentation in line with AHPC guidelines

- Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Drive quality improvement, clinical governance, and patient experience initiatives.

- Participate in community outreach, corporate wellness programs, and patient education events.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (recognized by AHPC, Singapore).

- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist

- Registered with AHPC (Allied Health Professions Council)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage patients from all walks of life.

- Passion for patient care and continuous learning

- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking healthcare environment.

- Interest in integrating physiotherapy with wellness and preventive care is a plus.
