The practice provides comprehensive, evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation services with a strong focus on personalised treatment, clinical excellence and long-term patient outcomes.

They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join their growing clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

. Independently assess, diagnose and manage a diverse caseload of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports injury and post-operative rehabilitation patients.

. Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation programmes based on each patient's condition, lifestyle and recovery goals.

. Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment alongside progressive exercise rehabilitation, strengthening and injury prevention programmes.

. Apply strong clinical reasoning to identify underlying causes of pain and movement dysfunction rather than focusing solely on symptom management.

. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programmes appropriately to achieve optimal functional outcomes.

. Educate patients on their condition, recovery process, self-management strategies and prevention of recurrent injuries.

. Collaborate effectively with fellow physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.

. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high professional and ethical standards.

. Contribute to clinical knowledge-sharing and provide guidance or mentorship to junior physiotherapists where appropriate.

. Support the clinic in maintaining consistently high standards of clinical care and patient experience.

Requirements

  • Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Must be Fully Registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant physiotherapy experience, preferably within an outpatient, private practice, hospital outpatient or musculoskeletal setting.

  • Experience managing sports injuries and/or post-operative rehabilitation would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and treatment planning capabilities with the ability to manage patients independently.
  • Competent in manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, with a strong focus on restoring mobility, strength and function.
  • Patient-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary or collaborative clinical environment.
  • Proactive about continued professional development and keeping up to date with evidence-based physiotherapy practices.
  • Comfortable working within the operating requirements of a private outpatient clinic, including weekends where required.
