A leading public healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join its Community Health team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to understand patients physical, functional and environmental needs
- Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based treatment plans to support patients recovery and independence
- Set therapy goals with patients and caregivers, and monitor progress using appropriate outcome measures
- Provide physiotherapy services through home visits and community-based programmes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community partners and caregivers to deliver holistic patient care
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and Allied Health students
- Support education, training, quality improvement and research initiatives
- Contribute to service planning and interdisciplinary projects where required
- Travel independently within the community to conduct patient visits and support community health programmes
Job Requirements:
- Recognised Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Full Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore, with a valid Practising Certificate
- Min. 3 years of relevant physiotherapy experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage patients, caregivers and community partners
- Passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centred care
