Senior Personal Assistant/Lifestyle Management

Highly anticipated senior personal assistant and lifestyle management/concierge role for a CEO of a conglomerate. This role requires a very high caliber individual to serve as a proxy to the CEO as he travels out of Singapore at least 6 months in a year.

Responsibilities
You will be the key point of contact for all life outside of actual work-related matters for the CEO and his family. This includes household management, all relevant external parties engagement related to investment/banks/legal, and the bridge between him and his visitors from Singapore/overseas. This includes preparing gifts and light touch hosting/interactions where necessary.

As a lifestyle manager/concierge, you will have to be on the ball with top end dining options in Singapore, providing suggestions, making reservations and familiarize yourself with the preferred arrangements. You will be liaising with an on-site residential concierge already in place for some aspects of household matters.

The CEO has residences across countries, and you'd have counterparts in those respective countries that you may have to correspond with. However, no travelling is necessary.

Requirements
Due to the extent of proxy-work to CEO that this role entails, we would need someone of high functioning skills and ideally at least 10 years onwards in a similar environment providing extensive PA support to a high profile or UHNW individual.

High level of attention to details, accuracy and getting things right majority of the time (without having the CEO to double check/spot mistakes) would be a very favorable quality.

As you'd have to deal with lawyers, bankers, investment professionals on behalf of the CEO, someone who is familiar with the proper etiquette of such duties would be ideal.

A discreet individual with a high level of integrity would increase your chances of landing this role, due to the sensitivities of the tasks involved in this role.
