Job Descriptions:

• Manage the company's ad campaigns on global platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), taking full ownership of paid advertising performance
• Develop advertising strategies and plans, allocate budgets effectively, and optimize campaign pacing
• Generate ad creatives and copy based on product features and collaborate with Creative Team to produce high-performing ad assets
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and promptly optimize underperforming strategies
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales operations teams, adjusting strategies based on product cycles and data feedback
• Take on additional duties and projects assigned to support the team and business objectives

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
• At least 2 years of paid advertising experience, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiar with major campaign types and the functionalities of Google and Meta platforms, especially as applied to the e-commerce industry.
• Able to identify key metrics for paid media success, possesses a keen eye for data analysis, and knows how to leverage data to optimize campaign performance.
• Result-oriented and capable of independently tracking core KPIs such as ROI, developing campaign strategies based on performance metrics
• Comfortable working with international teams across both Eastern (China) and Western (U.S., EU) cultural backgrounds.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns for North America and Europe markets will be an added advantage.

The successful candidate may have the opportunity to attend onboarding training in Shenzhen, China for 2 - 3 weeks
