Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Contract
Summary
The primary focus will be supporting the Paid Search team in driving our strategy and partnering with our external agencies to deliver executional excellence across APAC. Secondary focus areas will be in assisting in our Paid Media programs and in helping to map out new performance marketing channels to explore.
Key Responsibilities
. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (search, social, display, video, affiliates, etc.)
. Own customer acquisition strategy and full-funnel performance optimization
. Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to maximize ROI
. Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
. Run structured testing (creative, targeting, landing pages, bidding models)
. Develop audience segmentation and remarketing strategies
. Collaborate with creative, product, data, and marketing teams to improve campaign outcomes
. Manage attribution models and ensure accurate tracking and measurement
. Produce performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders
. Stay current on platform changes, automation tools, and industry best practice
. Plan, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant channels
. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
. Write and test ad copy, extensions, and landing page strategies to improve conversion rates
. Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROAS and CPA efficiency
. Monitor campaign performance and implement ongoing optimization (bids, targeting, creative, structure)
. Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and reporting
. Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies
. Collaborate with SEO, content, analytics, and creative teams to align campaign strategy
. Ensure tracking, tagging, and attribution models are correctly implemented
