Senior Pega Solution Architect

As a Senior Pega Solution Architect, you will be working on:

Analyse business requirements and translate them into comprehensive Pega solution designs and technical specifications.

Collaborate with partner agency's IT teams on Pega platform integration, infrastructure requirements and security alignment.

Design and architect end-to-end Pega solutions as part of digital transformation initiatives

Architect scalable Pega applications including case management, workflow automation, and business process management solutions.

Design integration patterns between Pega platforms and existing government systems, databases, and third-party applications.

Lead migration projects for Pega on-premise applications to Pega Cloud, including assessment of existing systems, migration planning, risk mitigation, and post-migration optimisation.

Develop solution blueprints, technical architecture documents, and implementation roadmaps for complex Pega deployments and cloud migrations.

Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance on Pega best practices, design patterns, and platform capabilities.

Oversee Pega application development lifecycle including testing strategies, deployment approaches, and performance optimisation.

Research, propose and develop new Pega features and integration approaches to improve agency digital capabilities.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to establish Pega governance frameworks, development standards and best practices.

Maintain solution documentation including architecture diagrams, technical specifications and implementation guides.

Implement quality assurance processes and code review practices to ensure solution reliability and maintainability.

Implement and enforce security best practices within Pega applications, including access control, data protection, and compliance with government security standards.

Review source codes and solutions as part of the software development lifecycle process.

What we are looking for:

A Bachelor's Degree, preferably inComputer Science,Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

CertifiedPega LeadSystem Architect (CPLSA).

Deep understanding ofPegaplatform architecture, case management frameworks, andbusiness process managementprinciples.

Demonstrated ability in designing and implementingPegasolutions usingPegaPlatform, Case Management, and Decision Management capabilities.

Experience withPegaCloud servicesand deployment models.

Experience in migratingPegaon-premise applications toPegaCloud, including assessment, planning, and execution ofcloud migrationstrategies.

Experience in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-gradePegaapplications and integrations.

Experience with integration frameworks such asREST/SOAPAPIs, message queues, and enterprise service buses.

Proficiency inPegadevelopment tools,Java,JavaScript, anddatabase technologiesincludingSQL.

Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with the Customer's technology directions (such ascloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization oflegacy systems, adoption of SG Tech Stack).

Solid understanding of server-side development, Service Oriented Architectures,web servicesand public web sites / eservices development

Solid technical skills and the ability to leverage them to determine the best solution to a technical problem.

Ability to analyse and identify comprehensive solutions considering all functional implications while developing a workable solution.

Results and customer-oriented mindset

Strong organization and people handling skills.

Preferred requirements:

Familiarity withDevOps practicesand tools such asDocker,Git, andCI/CD pipelinesforPegadeployments.

Experience with implementingPegasecurity frameworks, role-basedaccess control, and compliance management.

Familiarity with government systems and government policies relating to digital services,data governance, andcybersecurity.

Experience in public sector case management, citizen services, or regulatory compliance domains will be an advantage
