Job Description

The PDC Specialist – Patient Marketing, Refractive SEA supports the Practice Development Consulting (PDC) function by providing patient-marketing intelligence, digital performance analysis, campaign tracking, content development and execution support to improve patient acquisition and clinic growth across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze patient marketing and digital campaign performance.
Track and report campaign effectiveness and key metrics.
Develop and coordinate marketing content and promotional materials.
Support patient acquisition and clinic growth initiatives.
Provide marketing insights and recommendations to clinics and stakeholders.
Collaborate with regional teams to execute marketing programs across Southeast Asia.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, patient marketing, or campaign management.
Strong experience with digital performance analysis and campaign tracking.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta advertising platforms and marketing dashboards/BI tools.
Experience managing agencies, designers or creative production.
Experience developing or adapting digital and physical marketing materials.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, medical devices, ophthalmology, or related industries.
Familiarity with patient acquisition and customer journey strategies.
Experience supporting multiple Southeast Asian markets.
