Role & Responsibilities:
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and efficient payroll services to assigned clients, while ensuring excellent client experience and maintaining strong working relationships. The Payroll Specialist also ensures that all service delivery standards are consistently met to uphold BIPO's commitment to quality for Clients.
Job Description:
- Perform full spectrum of payroll process to ensure accurate, timely and compliantdelivery for clients
- Lead and complete year‑end activities, including the timely preparation and submission
- Ensure clients clearly understand payroll process flows and invoicing procedures.
- Ensure client queries are handled promptly to ensure their proficiency with BIPO platform
- Ensure proper handling of confidential client's data
- Work closely as a team and support the entry level staff to improve the quality of our services.
- Perform any additional duties and responsibilities which involves our Service Delivery.
- Be the payroll process and product expert; continuously and pro-actively learn and be familiar with BIPO's products, services and updates
- Keep oneself updated of the changes in statutory requirements and ensure that payroll is complied with the changes
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, acting as a reliable point of contact.
- Update the necessary Standard Operations Procedures accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Information Systems preferred
- 4-5 years of experience in Payroll/ HRIS/ HR/ HR Generalist role is preferred
- Self Motivated
- Passion for learning Information System solutions
- Disciplined individual who works systematically, attentive to details even in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Work experience with payroll software will be an advantage
- Ability to work under time pressure
