This is a project-based HR/payroll support role focused on system implementation and testing.

Summary

The role involves supporting payroll system migration projects, with a strong emphasis on testing, data validation, and process accuracy. The person works cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure a smooth transition to new payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll system implementation and migration activities

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document results

• Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy

• Support data preparation, cleansing, and uploads

• Track, report, and follow up on testing issues

• Assist with parallel payroll runs and post-migration checks

• Maintain project documentation and provide administrative support

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in payroll, HR operations, or related project work

• Understanding of local payroll regulations (e.g., CPF in Singapore)

• Strong Excel and general MS Office skills

• Detail-oriented with good analytical ability

• Organized, communicative, and able to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
