Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Processing
- Utilize payroll software to process transactions, including salary calculations, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Handle complex adjustments, such as leaves, benefits, and allowances.
- Ensure accurate payment to employees on scheduled dates
2. Payroll Administration
- Submit monthly CPF contributions to the CPF Board.
- Prepare and submit annual IR8A forms to IRAS.
- Handle tax clearance for foreign workers.
- Manage exit procedures, including discharge letters and final payment.
3. Compliance and Accuracy
- Verify the accuracy of payroll data entered and addressing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
4.Other Administrative Tasks
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
- Prepares and submits to Finance Department a monthly payroll report showing the breakdown of salary costs by department for month end financial reporting purposes.
- Prepare payroll accounting entries for Finance.
- Prepare payroll audit schedules or month end closing.
- Prepare payroll budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience in complex payroll processing for a large company.
- Proficient in Prosoft and Excel.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality handling and effective communication.
