Responsibilities:
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including document verification, CPF and statutory submissions (e.g., leave claims, IR21, NS claims), and payroll report reconciliation for audit purposes.
Administer employee benefits programs (medical, insurance) and liaise with insurers and vendors on renewals and employee inquiries.
Support income tax submissions (IR8A) and coordinate with auditors on payroll-related matters.
Address employee queries and resolve payroll and benefits issues.
HRIS
Maintain HRIS (Workday) and ensure data integrity, timeliness, and accurate HR analytics reporting.
Lead system enhancements, process improvements, and rollout of new HRIS processes.
Perform troubleshooting, liaise with Workday Support on issue resolution, and advise HR team on system queries.
Drive automation initiatives and support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications in Human Resource field
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in processing payroll of at least 300 headcount, administering benefits and HRIS
Experience in using SAP and Workday would be a plus
Good knowledge in Employment Act, HR applications and statutory requirements
Good knowledge in advanced MS Excel and is IT savvy
Proficient in working with data and is meticulous and pays attention to details
A good team player, self-driven, and is operationally hands-on with good initiatives
Ability to manage work under tight deadlines
