Job Description

About our group:

Responsible for managing and processing the company's payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. The role also supports payroll operations, internal controls, system improvements and coordinates with HR, Finance, Payroll vendor and external parties.

About the role - you will:

  • Work closely with the payroll vendor on all payroll-related payment activities and concerns.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and within the required timeline.
  • Review payroll calculations including salary, OT, allowances, bonuses, other payments and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (tax, social security, provident fund, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit withholding tax (PND forms) and other payroll-related statutory reports.
  • Reconcile payroll data with GL and coordinate with Finance team for monthly closing.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with banks for salary transfer and resolve payment-related issues.
  • Manage year-end processes including tax certificates (e.g., 50 Tawi) and statutory filings.
  • Support payroll system implementation, enhancements, or improvement projects
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all payroll information.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll processing

Your experience includes:

  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, tax regulations, and social security
  • Experience with HRIS / Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Humatrix, etc.)
  • Good analytical and reconciliation skills
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
