Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous, highly organised, and process-driven Senior Payroll & HR Operations Executive to manage payroll administration and HR operations across our regional offices.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and end-to-end employee lifecycle administration across multiple countries.
Strong payroll knowledge, sound understanding of employment laws, and advanced Excel proficiency are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Payroll Administration
- Process monthly payroll accurately including ad hoc payments and on time across regional entities.
- Ensure full compliance with country-specific statutory and tax requirements.
- Perform year-end statutory submissions.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll documentation.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, training & development, and offboarding.
- Prepare and issue employment-related documentation (offer letters, increment letters, contract renewals, work passes etc).
- Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, welfare claims etc
- Assist in company events, employee engagement initiatives or HR projects as and when assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 5 years of HR operations with at least 3 years of hands-on payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory requirements.
- Sound understanding of employment laws and labour regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft is essential.
- High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and ability to manage strict payroll timelines.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.
