Singapore-based | Cross-Border Payments Platform | APMs
Our client is a global payments platform supporting merchants worldwide through a suite of digital payment and financial services solutions. They are hiring a Senior Payment Performance Analyst to focus on Alternative Payment Methods (APM) performance optimization. This role requires a highly hands-on individual who is comfortable working extensively with data while also engaging directly with merchants to provide strategic insights and payment optimization recommendations.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of experience within payment optimization, payment performance, or data analytics
- Strong understanding of alternative payment methods, cross-border payments, or payment acquiring ecosystems
- Experience within PSPs, payment gateways, fintechs, digital banks, or merchants with payment optimization and analytics functions
- Strong business and data analysis capabilities with the ability to identify trends, optimisation opportunities, and operational improvements
- Proven experience managing and engaging merchants
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to work closely with stakeholders and product teams in China
