You will provide professional and excellent customer service to ensure smooth operations of the clinics. You will perform frontline duties involving registration, appointment scheduling as well as cashiering. You will also assist the nursing and clinical staff on patient-related activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE O / N Level with 2 years experience
- Previous hospitality, nursing or frontline customer service experience will be advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
