Develop and manage strategic partnerships with financial service providers, including banks, schemes, fintechs, and mobile wallet platforms, to enhance Lazada s payment solutions.
Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
Negotiate partner investment and execute partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with LazPay's business goals and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with e-commerce cross functional teams including Commercial, Legal, Product and Campaign teams to deliver great customer propositions in platform campaigns leveraging partner funded promotions
Monitor partnership and campaign performance, measure key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to maximize utilization of partner funding.
Oversee end to end operational process from the start of of the partnership, execution of the campaign, and any post-campaign reconciliations.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership or campaign management, preferably in the fintech, banks or e-commerce industry.
Solid understanding of the global financial services landscape, including credit cards, mobile wallets, and digital payments.
Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals with major financial institutions and fintech partners.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve assigned KPIs
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing financial services partnerships and a keen eye for details.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in financial services or ecommerce.
