Responsibilities

We&aposre looking for an experienced Senior Partner Business Manager to join our Global Partner and Alliances Sales team. Reporting to the Partner Sales Director, Greater Asia, you&aposll be responsible for:

  • Driving revenue by collaborating with channel leadership, sales teams, and partners to generate new business opportunities and pipeline growth
  • Influencing partner GTM strategies and sales competency development aligned with Zscaler&aposs 'CLOSE framework'
  • Building executive-level confidence to drive sales buy-in and technical practice development
  • Fostering partner pre-sales and post-sales technical practices while leading Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Monitoring partner performance using KPIs and collaborating across internal teams to ensure successful execution and alignment

What We&aposre Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years in direct sales with consistent quota achievement and in channel/sales team leadership
  • Proven success in solution-selling and leveraging third-party partnerships to drive results
  • Strong communicator with experience in strategy execution, team collaboration, and regional travel

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with channel management, born-in-the-cloud partners, VARs, Service Providers, and System Integrators preferred
  • Background in growth-stage technology companies is a strong plus
