While we dominate the Asian market, we are now executing an elite, surgical expansion into the US territory. This is where you come in. We aren't looking for someone to manage existing campaigns we are looking for a Paid Search pro to build our Google Ads infrastructure from absolute scratch. You will be the one to translate our high-touch brand philosophy into a high-performance search engine strategy, moving us beyond the pilot phase and into a scalable US presence.
This is a pivotal opening for a performance marketer who prefers building over maintaining. You will join us as we transition from a dominant player in the Asian domain market to an emerging challenger in the US.
The mandate is straightforward but ambitious: you will own the end-to-end creation of our Google Ads infrastructure. There is no legacy account to clean up. You are starting from zero. You'll have the autonomy to establish the account structure, tracking frameworks, and bidding logic that will define our US performance for years to come. Working within a small, focused team of three, your work will be the primary driver of our search visibility and a critical component of our global expansion.
End-to-End Setup: Architect and launch our Google Ads account from scratch, including campaign structure, keyword sets, and ad extensions.
Technical Implementation: Lead the setup of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking to ensure 100% data accuracy from day one.
US Market Execution: Manage and optimize daily spend across the US market, focusing on high-intent search terms within the domain and tech sectors.
PerformanceReporting: Monitor and report on core KPIs (CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate), providing the team with clear insights into what is driving growth.
Testing & Iteration: Continuously A/B test ad copy and landing page performance to refine our messaging for a North American audience.

. Execution-Focused: You don't need a large agency or a team of coordinators you are comfortable handling both the high-level strategy and the tactical buttons in the Google Ads dashboard.
. Data-Grounded: You make decisions based on what the numbers say, but you have the intuition to know when to pivot based on market feedback.
. Collaborative: You enjoy working in a small, tight-knit environment where everyone is accountable for the mission.
. Hands-on Experience: 3-5 years managing Google Ads accounts, specifically building new accounts or launching into new territories.
. Market Context: Experience running performance campaigns in the US market, preferably for SaaS or digital infrastructure brands.
. Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of the Google marketing stack (GTM, GA4, Looker Studio).
. Communication: Clear, concise writing and the ability to explain the why behind your search strategy to the wider team
. Excellent verbal and written communication in English as the working language candidates who can converse in Mandarin are preferred since it would be easier to liaise with stakeholders.
