Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Generative AI Agent.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an Advanced degree.
  • Experience working with external customers and partners.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Cloud Go-to-Market.
  • Proven ability to produce consistently high volume or high quality work.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive multiple complex initiatives.
  • Excellent cross-functional or cross-organizational relationship-building skills.

The Cloud AI Outbound Product Management mission is to scale business growth and adoption of the Cloud AI portfolio by designing and executing with Go-to-Market strategy that encompass programmatic campaigns, accurate feedback loops, GTM activation and ecosystem partnerships. It includes the Vertex AI platform for GenAI developers and data scientists, as well as the Gemini Enterprise and Google Search for enterprises. At Google, we put our users first, so we need Program Managers (PMs) who work on products that affect millions of people every day. Role is focused on the Vertex Managed AI Platform with infrastructure, tools, and frameworks for building and scaling models (including Vertex AI training clusters, self deployed models on Vertex AI, and ML/GenAI Operations (Ops)) to market through GTM strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Shape technical direction for Cloud AI product roadmap and GTM strategy as Outbound Product Manager. Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to collect feedback and insights, shaping product strategy and advocate feature launches. Serve on Cloud AI GTM team, partnering with product and cross-functional teams to develop and execute GTM strategies.
  • Work with Google's Cloud AI products, collaborate with internal Cloud AI teams. Interface with product operations, product, engineering, partnership teams and others within Cloud AI and Google and with external customer, vendor and partner companies.
