We are hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer to architect and drive our low-code ecosystem in Singapore.
This is a judgement-based leadership role, not a task-only position. We need an engineer who can translate complex business needs into scalable, high-quality technical specifications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect & Design: Build and deploy applications across Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, PSS) and OmniStudio.
- Lead Scale: Configure rules engines, screen flows, and data validations to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Integrate & Automate: Develop automated workflows and complex integrations with third-party systems using Platform APIs.
- Collaborate: Work in Agile teams (Scrum, TDD) with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
- Maintain Standards: Drive documentation, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Expert Developer: Deep experience in Apex, Salesforce OmniStudio, and Platform API development.
- Certified: Holds Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud certifications.
- Tech Versatile: Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL/NoSQL systems.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose out-of-the-box solutions.
- Leader: Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
