Senior Operations Technician (Oil & Gas / Energy Industry)

Duration: 12-month contract
Work location: Tepong - onsite work arrangement

Role Overview
To carry out daily operational duties in the Filling and Packing Section as assigned by the Operations Supervisor. The candidate must ensure that Filling and Packaging activities are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures.

About the Job

• Must adhere to the ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 procedures when carrying out daily Large Pack Filling & Packaging or Bulk Loading activities.
• To perform the Line Leader role in the filling and packing operations.
• To ensure daily filling operation operates in the most efficient manner with the support Defect Handling.
• To perform JDE Inventory transaction.
• To perform daily bulk loading such as Road Tanker & Loading Master for barge operations.
• To maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
• To assist in Mid-Year & Year End stock taking activities.
• To perform as Issuing Authority (IA) for the Cockpit Permit-To-Work system.
• To assist in terminalling operations whenever necessary.
• Act as response team member for crisis / continuity management, with accountabilities consistent with relevant response plans and as assigned by the response team leader.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum diploma in Manufacturing / Industrial / Process/ Engineering.
• Minimum of2 years working experience in the manufacturing industry preferably in chemical, petrochemical or oil and gas industry.
• Must have Singapore Class 3 driving license
